First and foremost, if you are considering moving to Oxford Manor, let me strongly warn you against it.

The parking lots are very dark at night and it's not uncommon for vehicles to be damaged. 

I often times see the police department in the complex.  It is reasonable to assume that there will be some sort of trouble with about 200 units in a small area, but it seems like the police are here often.

Fight probe continues

Police are still sorting out a brawl between two factions at 12:52 a.m. Thursday on Apple Circle in the Oxford Manor apartment complex that left two men injured.

When officers arrived, they found six to eight people, broken sticks, drugs and drug paraphernalia, they said. No charges have been filed pending more investigation.

RODENTS ! ! !

I hope you like sharing your home with rodents, because Oxford Manor has them!  I found evidence of mice in my apartment when I moved in, so I called the office about it.  No response.  I ended up buying my own traps and catching 10 mice!  They have large rat poison stations behind some of the buildings.

There are a lot of kids here.  They play in the streets, leave their toys and bikes littered all over the property and are very loud.  It's not uncommon to hear foul langauge coming from these children.  Are these the type of kids you want your kids to play with and learn from?

Lots of dogs!  There are many dogs here at Oxford Manor Apartments.  Some owners pick up after their dogs, but sadly it only takes a few who do not pick up their dog's waste to spoil it for everyone.  Be careful where you step.  I've nearly stepped in dog poop more than once.

Do you like having strangers in your home without notice?  Someone from the Oxford Manor staff enters my apartment without notice and without notifying me that they entered my residence.  It seems to happen about once a month or so.  I can see the boot prints left in the cheap carpet.  I haven't noticed anything missing yet, but I'm watching and waiting.
